Prudential Cleanroom Services Holds Open House Expansion Ceremony at Mesa, AZ Cleanroom Laundry Processing Facility

IRVINE, CANovember 13, 2025 – Prudential Overall Supply, an industry leader in reusable image work apparel and cleanroom laundry service systems, held an open house at its expanded Mesa, AZ cleanroom laundry processing facility site on November 12, 2025, to celebrate the modern facility. Officials representing the City of Mesa, the Mesa Chamber of Commerce, customers and community leaders attended the event.

The expanded site provides cleanroom laundry processing services for industries that operate and manufacture in controlled environments: semiconductors, pharmaceuticals, bioscience, aerospace, education and electronics.

Mayor Mark Freeman shares, “Mesa needs all types of businesses to keep our economy strong, and Prudential’s expansion is a great example of this. Their investment shows confidence in Mesa as the right place to do business, where companies can grow, people can find jobs, and industry leaders can continue to innovate.”

The project is a phase 4 expansion for our 1989 now 37,000 square-foot commercial laundry facility on a 5-acre parcel located at 42 W. Hampton Ave., Mesa, AZ 85210.”

Mr. Welch continued, “The Arizona market is important to Prudential, so we can best serve our customers’ requirements in the region. To signal our commitment to Arizona, our combined investment since opening our facility is approximately $35 million with a phase 5 project in development.”

This facility is part of Prudential’s eight ISO Class 3 cleanroom laundry processing facilities in the United States that extends the greatest throughput capacity from any company in the industry.
