We are seeking a candidate that will operate our kitchen Wednesday night, Thursday night, Friday night, Saturday night, and Sunday morning for breakfast. As the kitchen manager you will be asked to help with special events as well. The kitchen manager will sign a lease agreement with the lodge which means the kitchen manager will purchase their own product, set their own menu, hire any staff, and be responsible for their profitability. This is great opportunity for anyone that is ready to operate their own kitchen.
