A Chimney Slayer is a team member that works as a team and individually to warmly greet every customer and any of the following: be knowledgable about our menu and products, take customer orders through Square POS, assist customers in placing their order, prepare and fulfill customer orders, prepare product needed for customer orders, dining room and kitchen maintenance, follow opening and closing tasks and cleaning procedures and attend team meetings.  Our slayers work weekends Friday - Sunday, but we do have opportunity to participate in Catering, Food Festivals and special events.  

Nana's AZ Chimney Cakes is a European inspired dessert cafe located in the beautiful Mesa Riverview area. We are a local and family owned small business, dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service in a neighborly and friendly environment. We offer specialty desserts and a wide array of baked goods made fresh from scratch, inspired by family recipes. Our aim is give every guest a tasty, unique treat and memorable experience in a clean and well-maintained space. We are looking for dedicated team members to join our AZ Chimney Cakes family.

Qualifications:

Food and Beverage experience preferred

Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Friendly, kind and positive attitude

Must be able to obtain a Food Handlers card

Must follow all food safety and hygiene practices in accordance with local Arizona health codes
