Beyond Networking: Becoming a Connector

For our final Women’s Business Connection luncheon of 2026, we’re taking networking a step further.

Building meaningful business relationships isn’t just about collecting contacts or waiting for that one big opportunity to come through. It’s about intentionally creating connections, strengthening your everyday pipeline, and becoming someone others think of when opportunities arise.

This interactive luncheon will explore how to:

• Build while you wait: Continue pursuing those big “whale” opportunities while creating consistent business and momentum along the way.
• Make one-to-ones more meaningful: Move beyond surface-level conversations and ask better questions that uncover opportunities, needs, and meaningful connections.
• Become a connector: Learn the difference between knowing a lot of people and truly understanding your network well enough to connect the right people at the right time.

Attendees will have an opportunity to identify the big opportunities they’re pursuing, evaluate the relationships and activities currently feeding their pipeline, recognize their strongest connectors, and identify one connection they can create for someone else.

It’s networking with greater intention designed to help you leave with stronger relationships, clearer opportunities, and a better understanding of how your network can work both for you and through you.
