Over her 25-year holistic health career, Kathleen Gramzay, NSI CP, has forged her own resilience trail using the nervous system and movement to restore the bodymind – first her own, then her clients and students.

She is the founder of Kinessage LLC, a Bodymind Resilience Innovator, Neurosomatic Intelligence Certified Practitioner & Facilitator, Author, Speaker, and Developer of: Kinessage® Mindful Resilience, Kinessage® Release Your Pain Self-Care System, and Kinessage® Massage Through Movement, Kathleen was a 20-year Board Certified Massage Therapist and National Continuing Education Provider of her programs to massage, occupational and physical therapists around the country.

Kinessage LLC supports performance and culture-conscious leaders with resilience strategy and body/mind resilience programs that reduce stress, burnout, chronic tension,

and pain; and increase mental resilience and long-term health for greater overall well-being and sustainable success.

Women’s Business Connection is a member-driven initiative to empower women in business. The goal is to offer useful information that is designed for professional and personal growth.
