Dr. Andi Fourlis is the Superintendent in Residence for the Arizona Institute for Education and the Economy at Northern Arizona University and former Superintendent of Mesa Public Schools. She collaborates with education, business, higher education, nonprofit, and government leaders to prepare the workforce of the future through innovative, human-centered learning. Her work focuses on graduate profiles, leadership, and systems change that equip students with the knowledge, digital fluency, and durable human skills needed to thrive in today's rapidly changing world.

Dr. Fourlis and her husband, Ted, are Arizona natives and proud parents of three daughters who work in the education and healthcare industries.
