Born in Mesa, Married in Mesa, and graduated from ASU!

Dwight recently left over 20 years of service with large corporations.  Over that time, he has provided leadership and training to very large programs namely with the Federal Aviation Administration and the Veterans Affairs.  In almost ever case, he helped on the sales team to secure the contracts then took a leadership role on each project.  Prior to joining the corporate world, Dwight has owned and operated other his own small businesses.

Dwight loves teaching and he is famous for his light and fun teaching environment.  All of his students comment on how he makes "boring stuff" entertaining.  His classes have been called entertrainment or Dwightful.  The last comment led to the name of what should be his last career move as he started his own company called "Dwightful Training.

Dwight has substantial experience in Sales, Training, and Leadership.

SALES:

- Varsity Photo:  Started by Dwight to provide school photos, sports photos, weddings, and general photography work.

- MetaSolv Software:  Became the lead trainer with the responsibility to provide enough training to keep 10 trainers busy.

-  Contract to provide a nation wide network support of the Indian Airspace.  Dwight traveled to over 20 cities in India helping provide information for the project.

- Led all Aviation sales actives for Central and South America.

- Helped win software contract with the Veterans Affairs that supported over 100 applications used by that agency.

TRAINING

-Lead trainer over a program supporting Network Monitoring.  This project had over 700 people that required training to be delivered in multiple different methods, including: Classroom, on-line, videos, job-aids, manuals, and anything else needed.

- Created and delivered training for Managers and Leaders.  Trained more than 1000 leaders over a 2 year period and the materials are still being used more than 10 years later.

LEADERSHIP:

- Two Masters Degrees Leadership/Management

- Presided over 200 Employees while part of the FAA Project while at L3Harris.  All were part of a 24/7 network operation center.

- Responsible for over 100 people in software development teams while at Booz Allen Hamilton.  All were remote employees.
